Monday through Friday afternoons from 1:30 – 5:30 pm
The healing qualities of both journal writing and image-making are joined together in potent
combination in the creation of an “Image Journal.” Part soul work, part storytelling, the
intimacy of the process encourages archetypal imagery to surface from memory and
imagination. Your book reveals your interior mythology and its deep connection to the sacred
whole. Prior participants have re-ignited a creative spark and unleashed new avenues of selfexpression.
For others their journal has assisted them in navigating life transitions, visualizing
memoir, preserving family history, or even honoring the gift of self-care after an illness or loss.
~ Beginners are welcome ~ Special attention for the art novice! ~

Short list of ordinary items to bring will be emailed.
Specialty art supplies included in fee such as acrylic
paint, “interference” acrylic colors, canvas paper,
Bristol paper, pool of archival colored papers and
a special archival journal etc. will be provided.
