Leadership Lafayette, North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, and the city of Oxford, Mississippi has partnered with the The Mississippi Society for Disabilities (MSD) to bring uniquely designed equipment to Bailey Branch Park in Oxford for Children with special needs. MSD’s mission is to foster meaningful play between children of all abilities and backgrounds and to encourage understanding of different levels of ability.
