Luisa Bosco Arico was born in Milano, Italy and came to the United States as a teenager. She has lived and studied in New York City, Mobile, Alabama and Oklahoma City, and since 1985 she has spent her life guiding the youth of Oxford, Mississippi. For the past ten years Luisa has enjoyed writing the monthly featured column “Cooking Italian Made Easy” for the daily newspaper The Oxford Eagle, and arranging concierge trips to Italy for many Italian enthusiasts. Her greatest passion, however, is preparing traditional Italian food for family and friends.
“Come with me inside my italian kitchen and savor the pleasure of preparing authentically cooked Italian food like risotto, stracciatella, porchetta and tiramisu. Sit at my table, eat with me, and I promise you each morsel of my easy to make Italian food will transport you to “La Bell’Italia!” All you need to add is a smile. Buon Appetito!”
