The One Night Stand at the Ole Miss Motel Art Show, one of the special and fun nights in Oxford, will be Saturday, October 26, at the landmark Ole Miss Motel, 1517 University Ave. Created by Erin Austen Abbott in 2007, this is the 13th year for this unique event. Fifteen artists will take over motel rooms for one night only, each transforming their own room into an art gallery. At the show’s special “preview hour,” from 5-6 pm, attendees pay $20 to have “first dibs” on art with food and drinks included. The Ole Miss Motel Art Show is free to the public from 6-9 pm with food for sale from Smoke Shop Oxford, Pam’s Guiju House and Oxford Creamery, Drinks are from Jackson Beer Co.
