Founded by Kelly Jeffus, a chef-turned-novice cheesemaker, Johnston Hill Creamery crafts handmade, preservative-free cheeses using locally sourced milk and cream from Brown Family Farm. Kelly’s traditional methods—honed at a Vermont cheesemaking boot camp—play out in her 150 sq ft aging cave onsite.
