Sports Partnership Grants

Big plays take support - Visit Oxford offers resources to help your event go the distance.

Eligible events may qualify for our sports partnership grant funding to help offset event expenses, including:

  • Official lodging
  • Food and beverage
  • Facility rentals
  • Transportation
  • Marketing
  • Equipment rentals
  • Other eligible event costs

Visit Oxford supports organizations that choose Oxford as the host city for tournaments, championships, and other sporting events. The program helps offset event-hosting costs while encouraging increased visitation, overnight stays, and local economic impact to the local community. Designed to strengthen Oxford’s position as a premier meeting destination, the grant rewards events that bring measurable tourism benefits and align with the city’s hospitality and community‑engagement goals.
