Family Movie Night

Overview

Stick around after Chillin’ at the Pavilion! Once the afternoon fun winds down at 7 PM, we’ll be setting up for Family Movie Night right on the lawn. Bring your blankets, grab a snack, and enjoy a movie under the stars to end a full day of family fun!
Families are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy a fun, family-friendly movie under the stars on a large inflatable screen. The movie will begin at 8:15 PM, with arrival and set-up from 7:00–8:00 PM.
We’ll be showing Mummies (2023):
When three ancient mummies are forced out of their secret underground city in Egypt, they find themselves in modern-day London. On a quest to retrieve a stolen ring from a greedy archaeologist, the trio—alongside their baby crocodile—sets off on a wild, light-hearted adventure through the contemporary world.

• Outdoor movie screening on the lawn
This event is presented by the University of Mississippi Museum and the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council as a fun celebration for children and families.
